Usually, you get a box, hat or some kind of container, you write your name on a piece of paper and throw it in the container of your choice.

Then you randomly choose a piece of paper. So maybe you’ll end up giving a present to your close friend or someone that is a complete stranger to you.

That’s why this is such a great activity. You’ll get to ask around about that person, get to know them a little and give them a thoughtful present.

It doesn’t have to be anything super expensive, but a small and thoughtful gift will surely warm up their hearts.
